The province’s capital is Tagbilaran City and it has an oval-shaped mainland which is surrounded with 73 smaller islands. Bohol’s terrain is rolling and hilly and the island’s half part is covered with limestone. The island province is mostly unaffected with typhoons hitting the country and it has a mild weather all through a year.

There are different and remarkable landmarks and beautiful spots which you can enjoy in Bohol. There you can see the beautiful Chocolate Hills which have numerous mounds of limestone formation, the island of Panglao which simply has some of the best beaches in the Philippines and you can also catch there a glimpse of the Philippine Tarsier which is considered to be the smallest primate in the world.
