
Hetauda is a small yet striking town in the central part of Nepal which is situated in the district of Makawanpur in the zone of Narayani.
The small town is about 132 kilometers away from Kathmandu and it is enclosed by three flowing rivers namely Rapti which is on the west, Samari on the north, and Karra found in the south. Hetauda is among the significant industrial regions of the country and it is also one of the cleanest and greenest towns in Nepal.
The beautiful town is also famous for its industries and the Hetauda Industrial District (HID) is simply the biggest industrial districts in Nepal. People in Hetauda are employed by the industries or the government thus, it is considered to be a working-class residential town. There are also beautiful landmarks and sites to be explored on the city just like their rare Martyr Memorial Park which was built in commemorating the martyrs that lived in Nepal.
