Savoring the Arab Cuisine

Dates, wheat, barley, rice and meat… these are the food composition of an Arabian diet. The Arabian cuisine is a product of the great combination of the richly diverse cuisines that span the Arab world from Iraq to Morocco. It also incorporates Lebanese, Egyptians and others. For breakfast, the Arabs usually eat croissants. They are also used in having quick meal and this is composed of dairy products with tea and usually with jams. Pastries are also served in breakfasts and these include manaqeesh, sfiha, fatayer and kahi.

Lunch is regarded by the Arabs as the main meal of the day. Salads and maza are usually served as side dishes. Lunch meals are often made up of a portion of meat, poultry or fish, part of rice, lintel, bread and salad.

Dinner for the Arabs is regarded as the lightest meal. They often have bread and cheese. The Arabs are also fond of eating pastries or charcoal grilled food like kebab and shawarma.
