Stepping on Shah Alam

Shah Alam is among the biggest cities in Malaysia. It was known as Sungai Renggam.

The city was known for its rich rubber and oil palm estates. Shah Alam is well-known for its mosque called the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz which is also known as the Blue Mosque and is the largest mosque in the country. Shah Alam also has the Selangor State Museum which displays numerous treasures and artifacts that connects the history of Selangor.

Shah Alam is filled with many beautiful and enchanting parks and gardens like the Shah Alam Lake Gardens and Bukit Cahaya Sri Alam Agricultural Park. Other places of interest in the city are the Selangor Triple Towers, Wet World Waterpark, SACC Mall, Plaza Perangsang, and the Independence Square. The city is known for having no entertainment outlets like cinemas or live music venues. There are also hotels in Shah Alam where visitors can stay in such as the Carlton Holiday Hotel, Concorde Hotel, Grand Blue Wave Hotel, UiTM Hotel, Intekma Resort, and De Palma Inn Hotel.
