Saudi Arabian cuisine is really different among other cuisines in the world. The exclusive taste of the Arabian’s food is influenced by many factors.

It is firstly influenced by nomadic Bedouin, next by the food constraints stated in the Holy Book of Quran, and lastly, by the ancient Arabian Dominance of the well-known spice routes. Saudi Arabia is famous for its abundant traditional cuisines and it reflects the mixture of the regions and also the customs of the people residing in the country.

The dishes in the country are often made of meat, rice, wheat, vegetables and spices. Among the most popular cuisine in Saudi Arabia is the Al-Kabsa. It is often cooked with red or white meat or a yummy chicken in a pot. The cuisine of the Arabians is varied but it is very rich and is more sophisticated in the Peninsula area compared to the western province of Hijaz.
