Welcome to the well known and is one of the finest natural harbors in the world, the Manila Bay. It mainly serves as port of Manila, Philippines.

Manila Bay’s entrance is about 19 kilometers wide and it expands to a width of 49 kilometers. Across its entrance, there are few yet beautiful islands. The largest among them is the Corregidor. Three kilometers from Corregidor is Bataan. There is also the island of Caballo which is near to Bataan. EL Fraile Island can be seen in the south channel of the bay and the Carabao Island is found to the south. The El Fraile Island is a rocky island which supports the massive concrete and steel ruins of Fort Drum.

It also became the setting for the Battle of Manila Bay in the year 1988 and also the siege of Corregidor Island through invading Japanese forces in the year 1942. A lot of people come to the place especially when the sun sets.
