Capital of the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia, Dammam is the largest city in the said province and it also has the Dammam Post which is among the largest port on the Persian Gulf.

There are about 3.3 million inhabitants in Dammam and it is located on tip of land stretching out into the Persian Gulf which forms a large metropolitan and industrial area. The city is a major seaport which engaged in a wide array of export and import. It also serves as a center for petroleum and natural gas and is also the center of all commerce in the eastern parts of Saudi Arabia.

There are many beautiful sites in Dammam and among these is their recreation area which is its cornice that stretches from Al-Azziziah beach to the Tarot Islands. It is a famous meeting place for families and friends. The King Fahd park is also an enchanting place in the city which has cafeterias, pools, lagoons, fountains and also an Amusement Center for children.
